Refund policy

All prints from PointohView Designs are made to order through our print partner Printify. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right. Simply contact us at pointohview@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
